I host regular online and in-person events (mostly free), which is a great way to get a feel for what it would be like to work with me. It’s also a great way to garner a sense of community with others who share the same interests or challenges as you.

A once-monthly newsletter to learn more about cultivating compassion for ourselves and others, communication skills, and other relevant topics. I like to tie what I share to the scientific research that backs it, especially the neuroscience of what happens in our brains when we cultivate these skills.
