I help thoughtful, self-aware people who are tired of overthinking, self-criticizing, and waiting until they feel ready create real change without relying on shame or pressure.

Through six coaching sessions, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you move forward with more clarity, self-trust, and self-compassion.

I am a self-worth coach and certified compassion educator through Stanford University’s Center for Compassion, Altruism, Research, and Education. I use tools from self-compassion, neuroplasticity, mindset science, nervous system regulation, values-based action, and behavior change to help you understand what is keeping you stuck and build a more supportive, actionable way forward.

I came to this work because I know what it feels like to be caught in cycles of stress, self-doubt, and self-criticism. Learning about compassion and how the brain changes through neuroplasticity helped me understand that I did not have to keep responding to myself and my life in the same self-critical ways. That is a big part of what I bring into my work with clients: practical tools that help you relate to yourself differently, create more choice, and move forward with more self-trust.

In coaching with me, we slow down enough to understand what is actually happening, then find practical ways to respond differently and take steps forward together.

This six-week coaching series is for people who want to:

  • get on the other side of burnout

  • build a sense of self-worth that is not dependent on productivity, approval, or never making mistakes

  • understand stress through mindset science and the nervous system

  • get unstuck from rumination and thought loops that keep you in your head

  • understand the inner critic and work with self-criticism without letting it shape how you see yourself

  • build confidence and self-trust through small, meaningful actions

  • identify limiting beliefs and rewrite old stories that keep you from moving forward

  • learn how to get started when something feels overwhelming, unclear, or emotionally loaded

  • move through procrastination with less shame and more understanding of what is getting in the way

  • create more agency and choice in daily decisions

  • discover the values that matter most and make decisions that align with them

  • ask for what you need and communicate more clearly in relationships

  • navigate conflict in a way that helps you stay grounded and connected to yourself

  • use positive neuroplasticity tools to build new patterns of thought and behavior

  • build a practical toolkit you can return to when stress, self-doubt, perfectionism, or fear starts to take over

What clients have to say:

“I had such an incredible experience with Kristine and her coaching sessions! Kristine not only helped me through some medical anxiety I was going through at the time, but also totally shifted my perspective on myself in general. Her insights are so powerfully simple; I'm still reflecting on them weeks later. Through our sessions I learned more about what's driving my decisions and how I could start to shift some of that away from exhaustion and into enjoyment. If you're an overachiever who feels burnt out and trapped in your current cycles of effort and thinking, Kristine is for you. She fosters a super open, curious, friendly environment to talk through things that feel really personal and overwhelming. Each session felt like chatting with a really smart friend who gets you and listens, but also makes little nudges and suggestions that invite you to think differently.” - Francine

“Working with Kristine brought me to a healthier, more balanced mental state while I was going through a big life change (a move to a new city). My goals evolved as I went through the stages of moving and she was so flexible about it all. With every new issue I brought up she had so many helpful resources and tangible exercises to provide — on top of her general compassion and unwavering support. I especially loved the guided meditations that she led me through one-on-one. Her voice is so kind and calm and the visualizations she talked through helped me uncover some deep needs of mine that I didn't know I had! After our series of sessions, and conquering the very overwhelming task of moving, I've realized that I've grown to a place where I know myself better, feel more prepared to tackle stress going forward, and truly believe in myself (something that I never would have thought I'd say when we started this journey!)” - Kristmar

“The impact of my work with Claggie cannot be understated. At a very challenging time in my life, she's helped me repeatedly ground myself in self-compassion and be more receptive to the actual change behind the insights, lessons, and growth I was seeking. She helps you remember there is such a quiet power in realizing your response to the hard things in life can change, and that you don't have to completely lose yourself in times of stress and adversity. I could not have stepped into that growth or been set up to weather life's storms as capably without her help.” - Brooke W

“Working with Kristine has completely changed my perspective on career stress and anxiety. From identifying rigid vs. flexible beliefs and using journal exercises to handle difficult colleagues, to tying everything back to my core values and offering tips to complete the stress cycle, Kristine has given me tangible tools to combat anxiety, stress, and imposter syndrome. I feel so much more at ease navigating challenging and stressful times because of everything Kristine has taught me, and I will definitely be working with her again in the future. Her compassionate approach and deep understanding of mindset work have made a lasting impact on both my personal and professional life. Kristine is truly invested in her clients' growth, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how I handle challenges at work and in my overall mental well-being. I highly recommend Kristine to anyone looking to gain clarity, reduce stress, and build a more balanced and fulfilling life.” - Paige

“Working with Kristine changed everything. I’m not using hyperbole here. It turned my worldview on it’s head. Not because she taught me how to be nicer to myself (though that happened), but because self-compassion turned out to be the missing piece between the life I thought I should have and the one I actually needed. I started to see everything differently: my house, my marriage, my kids, my job, my future.” - Kate

“My life changed radically in 6 short weeks. Working with Claggie, a dear friend and incredible coach, I dove deep into a values practice to co-create a roadmap to the most intentional life I’ve ever lived. I had no idea how much simply identifying my top values and allowing them to help me make all of my decisions would transform every area of my life. I was able to realize with clarity the relationships and situations that were in opposition to non negotiable values, and finally release what was dysregulating me. I was lost, disconnected, and to quote myself on week one of coaching, “a snail without a shell,” and 6 short weeks later, I am empowered with confidence in all areas of my life, I found my dream home (shell), i’m in a constant flow state, I’ve cleared space to allow aligned opportunities to arrive, and I’m able to make decisions with certainty by just asking myself “does this align with my values” if it doesn’t it’s a simple no. I looked forward to each week with Claggie, as she checked on my progress, offered guided meditations that had me so centered, and walked me through hard decisions that I was making. I can’t say enough about her coaching. If you don’t know, I am obsessed with neuroscience, and I love learning about myself and the way the brain works. She brought in so many aspects of this in new and fun ways to the practice and allowed everything to come full circle to really embody the information I’ve been consuming for the last 5 years. If you are feeling stuck, lost, or needing help feeling confident and practicing self-love - trust me when I say, working with Claggie will change your life.” - Gretchen

“I really enjoyed my coaching sessions with Kristine. She listened, made me feel at ease, always provided a really interesting perspective, and often backed it up with resources for me to dig into (which I loved!) Most importantly, she had me think critically about how I thought about myself in my own journey, as someone who deserved grace and patience, and also the comfort that it’s ok to not know the “right” next step but I have the tools to figure it out. She also felt comfortable sharing her own journey with me which I deeply appreciated, that kind of vulnerability wasn’t expected but really helped me put together that it doesn’t have to be “perfect” and you may try multiple paths to get to where you want to be.” -Megan

“Kristine's coaching sessions have been life changing for me. She provided a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment and helped me to define my core values, which is something I had never before considered in my life, and I found immensely helpful in providing a framework for how I want to live my life and the decision making that comes along with it. Her meditations were awaking moments and really helped me to break through to some insights that I was previously not aware of. My life is better because I was able to work with Kristine, and I hope to be able to continue to develop my mindfulness practice with her moving forward.” - Nicole

"Working with Kristine has opened my eyes to new tools for dealing with anxiety. I no longer believe that I have to force my way through it or constantly push myself to uncomfortable places to heal. Through our sessions, I’ve learned that small, mindful actions—like taking a breath or pausing—can make a huge difference in how I navigate anxiety. What stands out the most is the reassurance I felt, knowing I’m not alone. Kristine's reminders that anxiety is normal and her practical, research-backed tips have helped me feel more confident in sitting with those difficult moments. I’m grateful for the change in perspective and the accountability she provided throughout this journey." - Brooke H

“I really enjoyed my sessions with Kristine! She's kind, calm, and very empathetic. I always felt like a better version of myself after our sessions and trying the different strategies she outlined for the week.” - Sindana

“Kristine is a genuine, caring, and insightful coach. She listens with her mind and heart, which is a rare quality. It was refreshing to work with a coach who is unafraid to talk about sensitive issues like inequity and marginalization. Kristine's compassionate presence was healing as I found clarity and direction.” - Nancy

“A dear friend of mine suggested I set up a consultation with Kristine – as I was rebuilding my life after a divorce.  I had unexpectedly found myself at a place of low confidence, often struggling with decision paralysis as a newly single woman.  Meeting with Kristine came at the perfect time – and I’m beyond grateful for the knowledge she shared with me.  Her techniques are empowering and allowed me to learn about what I value and how to prioritize during this impactful phase of my life.  I looked forward to speaking with her each week – because I realized she had my best interest at heart and was willing to share with me a series of powerful tips so I could regain a sense of strength and purpose.” - Erin

"I really cannot thank you enough for your guidance last night - the immediate relief of anxious intensity was an obvious balm, but I think more importantly, you gave me a little window into another way of moving through challenges, and I think that lesson is going to last much longer. " - Jodi
