Kristine Claghorn (also known as Claggie) is a certified educator and facilitator of compassion through Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE). She has worked with organizations like Stanford CCARE and the Global Compassion Coalition, leading creative partnerships to expand the reach of compassion-based practices. As a 1-on-1 coach, she helps people who feel stuck, burnt out, and caught in cycles of stress and self-criticism find clarity and create positive change. She also works behind the scenes on the podcast Being Well with Dr. Rick Hanson and Forrest Hanson, contributing to marketing and research.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

I help individuals who are feeling stuck, burnt out, and caught up in endless cycles of stress and self-criticism get unstuck.

I use tools like neuroplasticity, self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and mindset science (amongst other science-backed tools) to improve self-worth, move through challenges, build resilience, and create positive change.

SUBSTACK

A Substack focused on self-worth, stress, and getting unstuck. It offers insights on growth and change backed by neuroscience.

It’s a safe space for exploring personal growth and challenging the patterns that keep us stuck. It's also an invitation to step outside of your comfort zone and think about change without the guise of self-help tactics that scream, "Become your best self in six weeks!" I don’t claim to be a guru or a thought leader—that has never been my goal. I find meaning in connecting, relating, and sharing what I’ve learned experientially and from my research. I always want to show up from a human place, which means I’ll be showing up imperfectly. I hope you’ll show up imperfectly, too (and take time to be proud of yourself along the way).
