Guide: Taking Compassionate Action

$0.00

Taking Compassion Action is a Capstone Project I created and delivered through Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education’s Applied Compassion Training. It is a compassionate guide to navigating burnout, imposter syndrome, and difficult conversations to further resilience, take action, and create positive change. My hopes are that this guide will help seasoned activists manage stress and remain resilient, while also helping beginners build a manageable foundation.

My capstone guides readers through compassion-based lessons and practices, including mindfulness and presence, self-compassion, common humanity, navigating difficult conversations, taking care, and the practice of Tonglen.
